I worked at Fresh Mark full-time (Less than a year)

They offer benefits, although they are not very good. Job security if you want to work every day.

You aren't able to have a life outside of working there. Working 7 days a week with 10-11 hour days. Subordinates abuse their union privileges. Nothing you can do about it. Overall morale is awful. Every from line workers to upper management is miserable.

    Advice to Management

Pay management more, even entry-level, and you may reduce turnover. Explain exactly what the job entails and what is expected.
