I worked at FriendFinder Networks full-time

    Pros

Free food M-Th, full benefits and vacation time that starts at hire. flexible hours.

    Cons

They will let you go without communicating to you about performance issues or etc. They will also give you no clue whatsoever about why you're being let go. It's a very generic answer that will leave you wondering what you did wrong. Very bad communication and gives a shady impression.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

COMMUNICATION. Give people a chance to improve rather than blindly letting people go.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
