I have been working at Frontier Airlines part-time (more than an year)

    Pros

The only good thing about this place were the hardworking coworkers who were dedicated to their job. Nothing about the airline itself was good.

    Cons

The Ultra Low Cost Carrier model is nothing more than a buffer to earn profits. It's obvious to both the employees and passengers that "paying for only the services you need" really doesn't mean anything. Flights were always delayed as well; mechanical delays were "hidden" and blamed on air traffic control/weather in order to prevent compensation. Also, work became more stressful when Frontier cut ties with other airlines, meaning passengers would be stranded with no help. Company is very disorganized as well as everybody says something different. Last, the carry-on policy is the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen; sizing all carry-ons creates a lot of frustration for everyone.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Recognize your hard workers as they make up the frontlines, especially in a stressful environment such as this. Change your business model as it obviously doesn't benefit your customers and employees.
