I worked at Frontier Communications full-time (Less than a year)
Great Benefits, Nice people (staff and coworkers ) Working for QBES paid time off,
Attendance policy is ridiculous, I have gotten written up for having a blow out on I4, During probation I was not allowed to see my diabetic doctor or It would be grounds for dismissal. Also training is not good. Training is very fast paced but they don't give you handouts or stuff for you to reference. Learning Quick books in 11 days without any background or handouts for me was impossible.
Advice to Management
Improve incentives, provide better training, work with your employees on their difficulties.
