I worked at Frost & Sullivan full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

It is an amazing work environment to learn and begin a career. You will work a lot, but you will learn a lot, and if you are keen to go beyond your call of duty you will be rewarded with great responsibilities, will be exposed to clients and will progress even further in your career.
If you like to be in a friendly environment you will hardly find something like F&S. People are fantastic to each other, extremely international environment and a culture of meritocracy and open mind supports the work force dynamics.

    Cons

Company does not have a good reputation for paying good salaries. Be attentive to the fact the different BUs in different continents (Americas, EMEA, APAC) operate pretty much autonomously: they each have their own management style, career paths and salaries. I was in EMEA, and there was a major consensus the salaries should be better.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The company has a fantastic ability to attract young talent. Working for F&S for 5 years I have seen many of the stars leaving at some point. For the company to continue to grow and take advantage of their amazing potential, they could invest more in talent retention.
