I worked at Fuchs Lubricants full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Great co-workers, which was the only plus to working here

    Cons

Salaries, benefits, bad management. Management spent more time micromanaging what time a clock was punched to avoid overtime and less time actually caring about their jobs. Lab managers had no knowledge of how to even run the tests their employees were running.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Culture needs major improvement. Consider putting qualified people in management positions. If everyone who works under someone is miserable, you should look into why that is.
