Former Employee - Manufacturing Tech in Santa Clara, CA

I worked at Fujifilm as a contractor (less than an year)

    Pros

Cutting edge MEMs semiconductor company in printhead technology.

    Cons

Bad management & huge transparency between manufacturing employee and engineering group, no corporate ethics/morale, unprofessional work environments and big quality issue.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to your manufacturing employee and promote the right person on the job as they deserved to be promoted not because he/she is your favorite employee.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
