    Pros

There are some really smart, talented people working here who deserve better leadership. There were a handful of coworkers who were extremely helpful and patient and taught me a lot. Working here, there is opportunity to become an amazing multi-tasker because if you prove that you are competent you will constantly have work added to your plate (but not money added to your paycheck). You might just feel like a rock star at your next company.

    Cons

Poor leadership, unprofessional and disorganized HR department, questionable sales practices, rude, self-congratulating, elitist senior sales team and management team, poor morale, mediocre benefits. Turnover has been so high that there is almost no consistency to practices and procedures (tribal knowledge is lost and no one knows the answers to your questions when you "train" here). Employees with poor performance stay comfortably employed while others around them are expected to compensate. A cycle of poor cash management makes it difficult to work in any department and destroys vendor relationships. This company needs to learn how to demonstrate that it recognizes, values, and cares about most of its employees outside of the sales team.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Retire and let more competent, ethical individuals try to fix what you have broken.
