    If your an Account Executive you can do whatever you want, they even will give people to support you so you can do whatever you want. All they really care about is making sure that Sales gets support as much as possible and as many new sales get completed. If you're an AE you are 100% commission based so you can make a crap ton of dough


    If you are not an Account Exec, I wouldn't even think about it. The AEs are like a pack of wolves that will do anything and throw anyone under the bus to get what they want. Account Exec's have sworn at me, told me I need to learn how to do my job, and blamed missed opportunities on me when they are really at fault. No upward mobility unless you are great friends with an Account Exec and put your dues in

    Advice to Management

    Better internal communication about process changes. Stop letting Account Exec's do whatever they want. Focus more on customer retention then new customers.
