    Pros

    Not a lot. The company has been going downhill ever since the IPO failed and the TIG lawsuit. You should read about these and other failures and unethical practices on the internet. It tells you everything you need to know about the place.

    Cons

    Highly disorganized and chaotic. Everything is reactionary - hire 10 people one month, lay off 8 people 5 months later. Hostile environment - screaming and intimation is the way leadership think bests motivate people. As a result staff turnover is beyond bad. The people who seem to succeed are the "yes people". You will never succeed here if you believe in doing what is right. Very stressful as a result. Please, please, please talk to previous employees (easy to each through LinkedIn) - they will fill you in on the many suspect practices - every department has their stories.

    Advice to Management

    Great job at turning what were motivated employees into people who do not care anymore. My only advice to management is to move on and let real leaders take charge.
