    Pros

Other than the ridiculous staff turnover, disorganization, living day-to-day without cash, hostile environment, poor benefits etc. this is a great place to work.

    Cons

Very disorganized with high staff turnover for non-sales staff. Sales people are allowed to do whatever they want and don't consider the impact on others. This is great if you are in sales but a nightmare if you are an engineer or in one of the support groups. If you are not in sales expect long hours with little recognition. If you like highly disorganized, chaotic environments with little structure this is the place to be. People lose their hair and go gray very quickly here.

Another thing is benefits. I was promised percentage bonus (like everyone else). In most companies you meet your goals and you get your bonus. Here the bonus percent is the same for everyone and is only given if the Executive team decide to give one out (which is rare and small). There is no incentive to go above and beyond. Motivated employees do not stay long here.

The medical plan has to be one of the worst in the country also. Things you expect to be covered are not. The premium is expensive and your out of pocket costs are way above average. The company has been performing poorly for years so is just passing on the cost to the employee.

    Advice to Management

Move on. Clearly what you have been doing for the last few years is not working.
