I have been working at Futurestep full-time for more than 5 years

Good benefits and hard working, dedicated people

Company is NOT on the "Ups" as previous review stated. Must have been someone from "Upper" management writing that review. Project Managers and Directors publically berate employees during meetings and use sarcastic tones of voice. Too much work and not nearly enough recognition. Senior Management invisible and when they do appear, they are cold, unfeeling, and lack any type of compassion or personality for the employees who work with the client to get the job done. Projects too lean on recruiter and support staff and impossible timelines. No time to have a life working for this company, getting the job done at all cost of the employee is the priority. Flexible hours mean that you have to only work 12-13 hours a day instead of 14+ to get the job done.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You run a very high risk of burning out your top performers and losing key talent. Bonus and raises are non-existent. Quit lying to employees about growth opportunity. Do something to show employees that you care, or maybe not, it would probably be fake anyway.
