    I worked at G&K Services

    Pros

    Other than the fact that the turn-over rate is so high due to poor management and you're almost guaranteed your job security, there are no real pro's to working here.

    Benefits
    Mechanical Errors/Malfunctions on Work Trucks
    Lack of assistance from Management
    Various Chemical and Fumes exposure
    Dirty Trucks
    No heat/ac on trucks
    Extremely long hours driving without any breaks
    No time for family/school
    No time for medical needs

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Upper and Lower management needs to be re-trained in order to effectively run the plan. Better vacation/pay benefits need to be considered to have employees consider staying with the company.
