I worked at GDH Consulting full-time

Decent salary and good commission plan. Some aspects of their business model are very good others really suck.

Be careful on permanent placement hires. If for some reason your client has a major problem with the hire, GDH will not give a penny back to client. Of course, this is after the 90 refundable policy. You could lose your client.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Have more sensitivity and respect for clients. Some of your policies have a negative effect on revenue and overall growth.
