I have been working at GE Aviation full-time

    Pros

Collaberative environment with an abundance of experise. Many people who are experts in their field and have even designed the very parts that are in use for generations.

    Cons

Large, mega company. It's easy to get lost in the crowdand difficult to get noticed if you're not an engineer.
