    Pros

Results driven employees, advancement based not merit (not schools/degrees, titles, prior companies...). Excellent career and management training programs.

    Cons

Right place for the right fit. This is not a company for the timid. There are high expectations at every level. High expectations can make work/life balance out of balance.

    Advice to Management

While going through the major divestiture, be fair. A former GE employee will be on the other side of the negotiating table in the future.
