    Pros

    They are flexible with employees, try to work with situations and stay up to date on pay scale for positions to stay market competitive.

    Cons

    Office politics. Again, depends on dept and manager. Is hard to move up in certain areas. While hard work is recognized it doesn't mean advancement.
