    Pros

expected to perform to a high standard, everyone is smarter than you so you learn a lot and you're challenged to keep improving and growing

    Cons

each business unit has its own sub-culture so sometimes those are tougher to survive in especially if the industry is going through a tough cycle or it's not as mature as some of the others

    Advice to Management

continue to move faster on the culture changing things you're trying to do -- invest in your SPB and LPB now more than ever
