    Pros

GE Invests in you. They want to develop you as a leader, a critical thinker and innovator. You can push your career as fast as you would like to and are able to. There are also a meritocracy where hard work is rewarded.

    Cons

ERP Systems can be difficult to work with. There is a fair amount of bureaucracy.
