    Pros

The company has excellent software products.

    Cons

No collaboration between key operational leadership roles; marketing leadership is abysmal.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Consider a confidential survey which allows key strategic teams to have a voice; meet with managers other than the top 5 you may communicate with day/in day/out. Listen to sales management - while marketing leadership is dysfunctional, rely on sales leadership for fresh marketing direction.
