I worked at GE Healthcare full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

    Culture based on Meritocracy
    Chances to advance your career
    Attract great people

    Cons

    Very bureaucratic
    Slow to change
Not always focused on the customer
Extremely quarter-end driven - clients have been trained to wait to buy

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    1. Review senior leaders with input from subordinates to understand if the culture they aspire to is in being implemented.
    2. Move away from quarterly results - very destructive to client relationships and shareholder value.

    Recommends
    Neutral Outlook
