As the O&G business is based on acquisitions, there isn't much transparency between the individual business and there are a lot of silos

    Advice to Management

Cross pollinate individuals between the GE O&G business and also other GE businesses to instill culture. These individuals need to come from various levels senior leaders, managers, tech leaders, manufacturing managers to individual contributors. Immerse this individuals in a few months of training to understand the O&G customers and the products that GE supplies.
