Benefits package and compensation is in line with other organizations. Vacation time increases as you become a veteran employee. The majority of the employees are great people.

This leadership in this organization is out of touch with their employees. Upper management has their favorite employees that they boast about in public areas. If you are not one of these people, you are out of luck. These individuals will get all of the opportunities to grow while the rest will be left to perform the grunt work and not get recognized for it. Very good people have left this company in frustration just for the upper management to open the door for them as they were leaving. There is a good-old-boy mentality at the upper level that only a select few can enter. To grow within this organization, you will need to have been in a Fraternity/sorority while at a big name college and proudly display that for everyone to see. If you served this country in uniform, the brotherhood that you experienced will not be found here.
