If you don't have any room in your brain to learn, don't bother to apply for a salary band career at GE.

I have been working at GE full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Every 18 months to two years, the opportunity to seek a new role becomes available; if you do not like your job or boss, you have the ability to control your own future to a point. Good benefits, good periodic rewards as days out at events paid.

    Cons

There is much work, considerable pressure to learn quickly and produce.Others will help you if you ask, though.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Development must have a flexible schedule; it isn't the same as production. We try to meet dates to please our bosses, but their bosses have ambition.
