    Pros

Training opportunities, flexible schedules, travel opportunities, reasonable salary for area, exciting projects to work on. You will work with great people for the most part.

    Cons

As with most large companies, frustrating bureaucracy slows down / inhibits work. Lots of office politics... more so recently than in the past.

    Advice to Management

Become better at determining which products are truly important to the market. Many projects fall short of being what they could be, due to lack of funding, lack of staffing, and lack of proper leadership.
