Great benefits, good pay, you get to travel a lot! Great initial training.

There was training to show adjuster the basics of the job, but I feel there wasn't enough training for the real world stuff... Like when we arrived back to our areas to start our positions. I also felt I brought a lot of work home with me and stayed out late in my mobile office. Not the greatest work/life balance.

    Advice to Management

I feel additional training for real-world situations (ex. what could happen at body shops, or what could happen when you tell a customer this, vs. that) would prevent turnover.
