    I have been working at GHA Technologies full-time (More than 10 years)


    I have been working at GHA for 10 years now and when I read the reviews I just had to respond. The reality of sales is the old 80-20 rule, 20 percent of all sales people do 80 percent of the volume and generally that will never change. But the funny thing is to succeed at GHA is really about attitude and not sales ability or even technical knowledge as I have none of either, but I do work very hard and I am a people person. People in this internet age still want a relationship and someone to talk with. That being said I do know where to get answers and know when to get tech support or the manufacture on the line for a conference call which my customers respect; they don’t expect one person to know everything. If you are self-motivated and don’t mind making cold calls starting out then this job is for you, one of my colleagues the other day said if you make a your 40-50 calls a day and pick up 1-2 clients a week then at the end of one year you have 50 buying clients and at GHA that equates to a nice six figure income, no lies, no tricks, you just have to make the calls. I see one post says “only reps that have been there over 5 years are squeaking out a living”, LOL, a nice six figure income is squeaking out a living, LOL. Negative people love to blame others and group together to make sure they are correct, misery does love company, sorry but that’s the reality and the winners talk about strategy and how to get ahead. Yesterday one of our newer sales people, yes newer, less than six months at GHA had a conference call for all the company’s sales people to go over some strategies she has implemented and after being her over ten years I was really awed by her knowledge and picked up some good points, that’s how our culture works here. Our CEO I have read scares people, LOL, George does all the training's and his office door is always open (if you are lucky enough to live in Phoenix and work out of the corporate office) to sales people and any sales person can email him any time day or night and he will always get back to you, there is no better boss, but I sometimes I think people are looking for a boss as second mother and if so then this job is not for you. Again, any negative posts are people that are not self-motivated, kind of didn’t tell the whole story about their sales ability or experience, although you need neither, just motivation and the right attitude. Again, this job is not for everyone, but if you have a great attitude and want to be part of a great culture this job is for you.


    Not many, other than you have to be self motivated and have a great attitude and work ethic.
