    I worked at GP Strategies as a contractor

    Pros

    Easy commute, some very nice people, plenty of work in the "back office".

    Cons

    The better you are at your job the more work you will be given without advancement or wage increase. You need to fail or threaten in order to get noticed.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Operations can not run the show. There has to be a "separation of duties". However, when Ops is unhappy, everybody is unhappy. That said, try giving some value added support without bogging them down in red tape.
