I worked at GP Strategies full-time (More than 3 years)

Sorry to say, there isn't any.

Well, what can I say about this, other than being honest. Having worked for GP for 3 years and experienced the horrible way this company operate, with its constant bullying and threats to staff, amazes me its still in operation. The Senior Managers have no idea what they are doing, they don't listen, they just expect the impossible which you then get disciplined for if you don't comply. Senior Managers (which I won't name) are horrible, don't listen, and you're always wrong, you can't even have an opinion as its there way or leave, being blatantly honest. Completely self obsessed with old fashioned working practices that went out in the Victorian days.. Constantly told you're rubbish at your job, and its your fault even when you've not been given the tools to do the job. The worse company I've ever worked for and the most inept Senior Managers I've had the pleasure in meeting.

    Advice to Management

The Vice President needs to take a hard look at himself and the Senior Managers below him. Management has moved on since the days of threats to make people work harder and perform. Start treating the staff with respect and listen to their views otherwise one day you might lose everything. As Einstein said "Doing the same thing every day and expecting the same results" is a sign of being insane!!!
