Looks great, but behind the doors, it's really disappointing

Rich company with high salaries. Used to be a wonderful atmosphere in the office but dissolved with the recent changes.

Seriously outdated technology, everything is subordinated to graphs and monetization. If you want to change anything, you need more detailed tests than in automotive industry and even then it will be rejected with some meaningless excuse.

The company is drifting without direction, without identity, trying to follow the leaps of successful other companies, rejecting all ideas from the inside that are not proven; a definite way to fail in the short future.

They expect people to be in the office, even if there's nothing to do.

    Advice to Management

    Find a direction.
Forget strategy and marketing towards your employees, just tell them the truth, in tight, resolutive speech.
