Gads Hill is friendly and very community-oriented. Employees generally get along and help each other.
There is a lack of support from the leadership team. All that trickles down is stress and negativity. There is a disconnect between leadership and programs. There is no salary scale and the pay discrepancy among departments is huge.
Advice to Management
There is too much favoritism. Staff need a complete orientation, instead of just being thrown into their positions. Rather than helping, it is common to hear, "when I started, no one helped me."
