    The sport and fitness facilities were great to have easy access to.


    Job security was a daily concern for many of the employees, which made many feel expendable. Upward mobility became non-existent, and the salaries were not competitive.

    Advice to Management

    Devise a plan to encourage personal growth, and reward those employees who have devoted a lot of time and energy for the success of the company.
