"some individuals are wonderful", hopefully now Marriott put it's name behind this shallow building the leaders learn a thing or two on "leading".

Sadly, this is true.
There are so many great people working in this place but can not be seen by the tainted upper management, they claim to care and put on a GREAT show! but it's not true...
The amount of turnover is ridiculous! Good people fall behind because the culture is to have a hidden agenda that fits upper management and they alone take the credit for it; doing as they please how and when ever they please. POOR POOR example!
With so much exuberance, you would think they take the time to really find good people to lead, it seems they just have people to make the bottom line look prettier at all costs.
I've seen people leave wave after wave, getting fired (they find ways trust me) or on their own avail; and the same OLD people stay getting their cars washed on property, traveling everywhere.Advice to ManagementAdvice
Doesn't matter where you came from or how many years of "experience" you've had in your CASINOS or the "millions" or dollars you've brought to the P&L bottom line, it's how you treat the people around you that matters. You're failing as a leader and as a human being!Doesn't RecommendNegative Outlook
