Awful place to work as anything but a manager. If you are a manager, you will get paid to do relatively little.

They are always hiring. Because people are always quitting.

Incompetent ivory tower management ignores the suggestions of anyone but the manager of the month, many jobs have 4 or 5 bosses. The amount of people coming and going makes it so that no permanence exits. Unintelligent managers sit and do nothing in some positions while overworked underlings get all the real work done. Hardly anyone is happy with their job, they are happy to just have jobs.

The CEO is a joke. Most of the management spends their time racking up gigantic company card bills "finding business" and they allow the shallow and often crass salespeople freedom to do whatever it takes to sell, including stretch the truth and charge away the company's future on their company mastercards.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get in touch with how to retain employees. Your time off policies suck and you have up to 50 people leaving the company in really short time periods. You barely understand any of your employees and are completely out of touch with their desires or needs.
