    Pros

Great people, great benefits, competitive salary. They truly care about their employees and create a nice work environment that's great for collaborating.

    Cons

Very difficult to get a promotion and progress in career. New internal roles rarely become available and if they do, employees are not notified. Sometimes the work can get stale and there is not a defined process put in place to create a streamlined workflow.

    Advice to Management

Management needs to get organized. There seems to be a great deal of miscommunication as to what people's job roles are and what their team is responsible for and working on. They need to lead by example and collaborate with other managers as much as they're team collaborates among themselves. You should ALWAYS know the employees you manage, what their names are and what they do.
