Competitive pay and decent benefits. The company has strong growth.

There is absolutely no communication from the CEO regarding the company's overall strategy. This behavior has trickled down to all levels of staff. There is very little collaboration, accountability, and general lack of interest in one's job. There is never "way to go" or pats on the back for any accomplishments. Turnover is unnecessarily high for a company with such promise.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

On paper, it appears to be a very good company. You should ask yourselves why there is so much turnover in a company that is growing and profitable. The fact that you care so little about your employees (Its a take it or leave it attitude) is not a good long-term strategy with regards to efficiency and continuity.
