Good Health insurance and steady work. You obtain 2 weeks vacation relatively quickly compared to other companies.

Corrupt management, unnecessary stress, poor equipment, bad work environment, low pay, you work weekends and all holidays, No seniority system.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop ignoring the Dot and labor laws. Stop viewing your workforce in negative ways and start trying to improve the work conditions. Stop giving drivers whatever they want who say there going to quit.
