Nice gym and kitchen. California cool building design. Good product. A few really great people work here. Good pay.

Where to begin...? Customer service manager is extremely unprofessional and unreasonable. Discounts given to companies are often not what is offered because 'that math is too difficult' and 'math is a grey area'. She keeps bathroom break records and picks arguments on a regular basis. She has a policy of no order left behind but won't approve any overtime and if you work overtime you have to add it to an extension to your lunch. In the interview asked if I had a problem up selling to customers who call in, that quickly transformed into cold calling 5 year old dormant accounts.

Nothing is ever in stock, often due to issues with labels. Coworkers are paranoid and it's a environment that promotes back stabbing and endless gossip. Anybody with a passion for the product or is an independent thinker is quickly terminated.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be open to ideas, change and allow for your employees to succeed instead of setting them up to fail.
