I have been working at Genesis10 as a contractor for less than a year

    Pros

Good administration, time reporting, etc. Met payroll on time. Negotiated a good rate for me.

    Cons

Did not find another contract or contribute to extending the initial contract. They did not contact the client near the end of the initial contract period to arrange for an extension. Neither did they contact me to advise me of the apparent end of the contract. I found another contract as the termination date approached, only to learn that the client actually wanted to keep me longer.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep in better communication with resources already under contract and build longer term relationships with clients.
