    Pros

Company is focused on providing personalized treatment options for patients based on tumor biology. Great CEO and Executive Team, positive culture.

    Cons

They try to make CS roles seem more valued than they are by providing specialized titles, but anybody who is entering into CS (Accessioning, Customer Service or Clinical materials) should know that this is not a good place to "get your foot in the door" into the industry. They will not let you leave CS once you're there. They provide no training or resources to allow for future growth opportunities in other departments. This is a diagnostics company and the roles and titles within CS don't translate well to other companies in the life sciences or pharma industry. So if you end up working in CS a number of years, it makes it very tough to leave, to another dept or to another company because you lack any relevant experience. Regardless of how much you dress up the CS job title, to the outside world it just means you worked at a call center.

    Advice to Management

Provide internal employees the training and resources to grow within the company to reduce the high turn over. If you continue to foster the environment which is currently housed in CS, people will resent CS Management (most already do) and become desperate to leave, putting patients in jeopardy of receiving high quality and a positive experience.
