    I worked at Gensler full-time

Pleasing aesthetic offices, although getting crowded Creative and talented young professional staff Part of larger Gensler Brand which is world renowned and does amazing projects Worldwide

Current management team is highly dysfunctional and affects all levels of staff Questionable hiring and termination practices, high turnover Narrow career trajectory based upon favoritism

    Advice to Management

Upper management must diversify power and make employees feel more valued. Boinus and compensation is below industry standards and there are a few powerplayers there creating a toxic environment for the entire office.
