    Pros

    Lots of opportunities for learning and career growth. Great people, great location.

    Cons

    Everything works completely differently in each department. There is no standardization across the board and leadership often places a focus more on pointing fingers and placing blame rather that resolving issues.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Standardize policies and procedures, reward promising employees, hire more HR representatives, decrease cost of employee health insurance.
