I have been working at Georgia State University full-time (more than 3 years)

Many research opportunities for undergraduate and graduate; expanding influence in scientific community and investment in new faculty; new facilities.

Confusing bureaucracy; many who should know deadlines and dates don't know them, usually because they haven't been set yet. Many rules are unspoken, unwritten, or seem to be made up on the fly, specifically in the biology department. The leadership in the biology department is not solid, as no-one seems to be willing to lead it.

    No opinion of CEO
