    I worked at GfK

A lot of great quality people work at the company and they make the experience enjoyable/bearable. Free Keurig coffee and tea. Some offices have Razor scooters. Depending on your team the work from home policy is pretty flexible.

Cost cutting is of upmost priority at the expense of employees. No culture and very little sense of community. Teams split across offices with no opportunity to travel and meet face to face because company won't pay for anything that isn't directly client related. Salary significantly below industry average and benefits are abysmal. Very unsatisfactory on-boarding process and little opportunity for personal growth and development. It quickly becomes apparent that any other opportunity that comes your way will be more enjoyable and better paid.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Start investing in the company's best asset (its amazing people) before they all leave for better opportunities. Better benefits are expected from a company of this scale and size. Realize that you need to spend some money to make money.
