    - Low pay
    - Under appreciation
    - Management lacks leadership
    - Decisions are made from top-down, most times, not considering the process
    - Expects hard working employees to work extra while other employees hide and work half days
    - Hire managers that don't do any work (connected)
    - Every team has individuals which continue to cheat the company and do not improve
    - Most the people that care are gone
    - Not a startup environment anymore but do not have process (worked in corporate for 20 year before this company)
    - Unrealistic expectations

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

There are a few individuals in each department that actually understand and do more than their title or pay grade. These are the ones that keep the company together. Take care of these employees, promote them or give them a real raise. They keep everything together.

Filter out the employees that do not work or contribute to the company. New managers are passing off their work. Employees and managers without critical daily functions in the company cruise day to day. They come in at 10:30 and leave at 2:00. Other individuals show up at 1 and leave at 5.... At least they are the ones that show up.

Stop letting go of the individuals that actually worked, especially the ones that vested time into the company, and stop investing (wasting) money in people that are only there for a quick paycheck.

Take this advice and raise the stock price!
