I'm not one to drink the kool aid, but this company is truly spectacular!

I have been working at Gigya full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Killer corporate atmosphere and culture (the awesomeness of our tech blends millennials and genXers rather well). Food, snacks and drink perks. Intelligent and supportive internal resources (pre and post sale). Managers have your back, but also push you out of your comfort zone. If you enjoy the challenge, and keep up with the constantly changing social and digital marketing space, Gigya is the place for you.

    Cons

At first look, the open floor plan gives a fishbowl appearance where others can hear your phone call conversations. While it may seem intimidating, it’s done on purpose to encourage the Gigya culture. Whether you are an extrovert or introvert, this forces you to engage and interact with your colleagues, and improve yourself everyday. If you just want to bury yourself in your cube, and simply make your dials, you need not apply.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don’t forget “us” (the workforce), once we win this social data space and move on to the next stage.
