    Pros

Focus on development of employees, strong leadership, project execution, quality, strong control systems, ethical. Benefits were very competitive for the industry. The company provided opportunities in other departments and regions.

    Cons

like many large companies, sometimes the bureaucracy can be a burden.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Continue to focus on hiring and retaining the best employees. Help them find life/work balance which is an issue for all construction companies.
