    Pros

    Working on products that help patients. Fun co-workers. Good experience in the industry.

    Cons

    Director/Program Managers need more training on their roles and how to run trials. It is commonplace for management to have a lack of knowledge and soft skills to work in a team environment.
    Work/life balance is missing.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Promote a positive environment. It is negative culture.
