    Current Employee - Operations Manager

I have been working at GlaxoSmithKline full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Great people who strive for excellence. The salary is good, benefits are great. Company is large which affords opportunities.

    Cons

The industry is contracting and so is GSK. In addition, there is no evidence of a long-term strategy. Layoffs are constant.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Develop a strategy that will work over the long-term. Don't be so reactive to every little bump in the market.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
