    I worked at Global Communities

    Pros

Diversity within the staff, majority are women.

    Cons

Management isn't interested in developing associates.

Mid-level employees tend to focus on their own work and not interested in mentorship/support.

    Very little collaboration between departments.

Culture is very grim. No one enjoys going to work, no one says good morning, no one is interested about what you did over the weekend.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Care more about your associates.

    Promote from within.
