    I worked at Global Communities full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    I met some really great people there, which, is the best way to survive in such a toxic environment. There was also the possibility to travel, if you are the type that wants to be on the go.

    Cons

    Management was terrible and created an unfriendly work atmosphere. Most would place blame on employees instead of working together to figure out a problem.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Hire responsible managers that can create a work environment that people thrive in and actually enjoy. Employees stay where they feel wanted.
