Amazing location downtown Boston. Fair salary for similar positions. Good medical and retirement benefits. Monthly wellness initiative ($100 toward a gym membership). Steady 40 hour week, good work-life balance

Disrespectful, downing, toxic, hypocritical environment. Control and micromanagement to the extreme of it. Absolutely no room for growth whatsoever. Most people end up making a project manager within 2-3 years of employment but this literally means just the title with no or very little involvement in decision-making. High turnover, people seem to leave one after another. This is very discouraging and motivates to seek better opportunities elsewhere. Attempts of senior management to improve the morale are pity and awkward.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop treating your associates and project managers as assistants, trust their skills and allow them to perform at the level of skills for which they were hired
Pay attention to the level of happiness of your employees and listen to their concerns respectfully
