I have been working at Global Technical full-time (More than 10 years)
I have worked at GTR for over 10 years now. I started as a recruiter and after 4 months was promoted into Sales, where I have been since. I started when the company had 1 location, and have seen it grow to where it is today (13 offices and counting). I started here right after college and have seen many people come and go, but the ones who have stuck it out have reaped the benefits of working with a small, family owned company. I now have 2 children and have the flexibility I need to have a solid career and maintain a good work/life balance.
Because it's a sales environment, it can be grueling at times and require long hours, but it comes with high earning potential and the feeling of accomplishment and reaching high levels of success. Some people aren't motivated by that, some are. The ones who are money motivated and who are motivated by the their professional growth stick around.
